AREA MANAGER

For Narbutas, Lithuanian company focused only in production and sales of brand office furniture and bespoke furniture, we are currently seeking for an Area Manager on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join Narbutas International and be responsible for the development of dealers’ net in Italy, and report directly to to Head of Business Development Manager. 

We offer competitive package of salary and bonus, company car and other working tools.

Principal Duties:
– Keeping and developing relations with existing dealers in the appointed market;
– Searching for the new dealers in the appointed market;
– Presentation of Narbutas products ranges to dealers;
– Seeking for sales targets in the appointed market;
– Negotiating with dealers considering price and discounts policy, payment and delivery terms;
– Organizing dealers’ visits to the factory and head office in Lithuania.

Experience and Personal Skill:
– Good communication skill;
– Result-focused mind for delivering the goals;
– Experience in office furniture sector;
– Capability of work separately from the head office and in the distance from his/her chief;
– Good knowledge of European English, and Italian languages;
– Willingness to travel;
– Possibility to work at home office.
