The selected candidate will play a central role in driving customer acquisition, service development, and business growth across Italy and nearby markets. The position requires a high level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial approach, acting as a key function in the company’s ongoing international expansion.

The scope covers rail, terminal and multimodal solutions with a focus on export/import clients and sustainable.
Experience & Market Knowledge
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and B2B sales, especially in international logistics services.
- Solid knowledge of rail transport, supply chains and multimodal solutions.
- Excellent understanding of the Italian logistics market, including regional business practices and pricing models.
- Fluent in English and Italian; strong cultural familiarity with Southern Europe.
